It is important to keep your contact information up to date since our server uses this information to send critical email messages. Warnings about email accounts being Close to Full are sent here, giving you time to take action before your emails bounce.
To keep your contact information up to date in cPanel:
1. Log into cPanel. If you are unsure how, check out the Logging in to cPanel guide on the Apexhost website knowledgebase
2. Select the profile icon (top RHS) and select Contact Information.
OR
2. Scroll down to to Preferences, and select Contact Information.
3. Enter your preferred email so you can be kept up to date with any important cPanel hosting notifications.
Once you’re done, log out of cPanel and close the browser.
