How to update your credit card
2. Click on Client Area (Top Right Hand Side)
3. Enter Username (The email address your invoices go to) and password†
† †*You can request a password set, if you have forgotten your password using the link in red.
4. Click on My Account (Top Right Hand Side)
5. Click on Edit Details
6. Click on Change Credit Card Details (square - 4th from left hand side)
7. All done.†
For your convenience, our accounts staff will re-try your credit card for 4 x weeks (every†Thursday) after a declined/expired card.
After 37 days, your account will be automatically suspended, so please contact†email@example.com
†anytime to renew your credit card, thereby keeping your account active.
