  • cPanel has issued a faulty license to the server causing the server to lose connection.

    We're working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Server42 Outage (Resolved)

  • We've received reports overnight that server42 is offline and unresponsive. We're investigating the issue and working to bring the server back online as soon as possible.

    Any further issues, submit a support ticket/phone our support-line for urgent assistance.

    We're one step closer to getting the server back online.  We apologize for the further delays.

    The main-frame on the server is back online. The data is in the process of being restored/configured correctly to the drive.

    ETA is still unconfirmed at this time

    The data is nearly finished restoring. We'll then deploy the server/accounts after testing everything is going to be stable.

    We aim to have the server back online tonight. Any changes to that will be provided here

Client Prtal Billing System outages (Resolved)

    On 29-05-2010 Clients reported gettng thrown out of client area to a CGI Error.

    This issue has been resovled and was the result of Ioncube Encoder version issue,
