Invoices (Billing)

How to Pay an Apexhost Invoice

This article explains how to pay an Apexhost invoice through the Apexhost Client Area. Paying invoices before their due date helps keep hosting services, domains and other subscriptions active without interruption.

You can pay a single invoice from the My Invoices page, or use Mass Payment to pay multiple outstanding invoices at once.

Before You Begin

Before paying an invoice, make sure you have:

* Access to your Apexhost Client Area account.

* An unpaid or overdue invoice on your account.

* A valid payment method available.

* Permission to manage billing for the account, if you are not the primary account holder.

Log in to the Apexhost Client Area

1. Go to the Apexhost website.

2. Log in to the Client Area using your account email address and password.

3. If you are unsure how to access your account, refer to the Apexhost knowledgebase article about logging in to the Client Area.

4. Once logged in, hover over My Account.

5. Select My Invoices.

You can also select Mass Payment from the My Account menu to pay all outstanding invoices at once. This option may not appear if there are no unpaid invoices on your account.

Pay a Single Invoice from the My Invoices Page

The My Invoices page lists each invoice on your account. Common invoice details include the invoice number, invoice date, due date, total amount and status, such as paid, unpaid or overdue.

1. Find the invoice you want to pay.

2. Select the relevant Invoice # to open the invoice.

3. Review the invoice details, including the amount due and due date.

4. Select Pay Now.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add or select your card details.

6. Confirm the payment when prompted.

After payment has been submitted, the invoice status should update once the payment has been processed.

Payments may take up to 3 days to complete. To avoid disruption to subscription services, pay invoices at least 3 days before the due date where possible.

Pay Multiple Invoices Using Mass Payment

The Mass Payment option allows you to pay multiple outstanding invoices in one transaction.

1. Log in to the Apexhost Client Area.

2. Hover over My Account.

3. Select Mass Payment.

4. Review the combined invoice amount and included invoices.

5. Select Pay Now.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to add or select your card details.

7. Confirm the payment when prompted.

After payment has been submitted, the relevant invoices should update once the payment has been processed.

Additional Information

* Paying before the due date helps prevent service suspension or domain-related issues.

* If an invoice has already been paid but still appears as unpaid, allow time for the payment to process before trying again.

* Keep your payment details up to date to reduce the risk of failed payments.

* Review invoice details before submitting payment to confirm you are paying the correct services.

Troubleshooting

The Pay Now button is not visible

If the invoice is already marked as paid, the Pay Now option may not be available. Check the invoice status on the My Invoices page.

The Mass Payment option is missing

Mass Payment may only appear when there are outstanding invoices on the account. If all invoices are paid, this option may not be shown.

The invoice still shows as unpaid after payment

Payments can take up to 3 days to complete. If the invoice does not update after this time, contact Apexhost Support for assistance.

The payment fails

Check that your card details are correct, that the card has sufficient funds and that your bank has not blocked the transaction. You may need to try another payment method or contact your bank.
