How to manage your Apexhost invoices
Introduction
Apexhost invoices show the services, renewals and payments associated with your account. You can use the My Invoices page in the Apexhost Client Area to view invoice details, make payments, download or print invoices, and check whether an invoice is paid, unpaid, overdue or cancelled.
Managing your invoices regularly helps keep your hosting, domain, email and other services active and reduces the risk of service interruption caused by missed payments.
Before you begin
Before managing your Apexhost invoices, make sure you have:
* Access to the Apexhost Client Area.
* The email address and password for your Apexhost account.
* Permission to view billing information for the account.
* A valid payment method if you need to pay an outstanding invoice.
How to manage your Apexhost invoices
1. Log in to the Apexhost Client Area.
2. Open the Billing menu.
3. Select My Invoices.
4. Review the invoice list to find the invoice you want to manage.
5. Select the invoice number or the relevant invoice row to open the invoice.
6. Review the invoice details, including the due date, line items, amount due and invoice status.
7. If the invoice is unpaid, follow the payment prompts to complete payment using an available payment method.
8. If you need a copy for your records, use the available download, print or PDF option on the invoice page.
Understanding invoice statuses
Paid
A paid invoice has been successfully processed and no further payment is required for that invoice.
Unpaid
An unpaid invoice is still awaiting payment. To avoid service interruption, pay unpaid invoices before the due date.
Overdue
An overdue invoice has passed its due date and may affect the related service if it remains unpaid. Pay overdue invoices as soon as possible.
Cancelled
A cancelled invoice is no longer active and generally does not require payment. If you are unsure why an invoice was cancelled, contact Apexhost Support.
Additional information
* Keep your account contact details up to date so you receive invoice and renewal notifications.
* Check invoice due dates regularly, especially for domain names and recurring hosting services.
* Save or print paid invoices if you need copies for bookkeeping or tax records.
* If a payment appears to have been made but the invoice still shows as unpaid, allow a short time for processing before checking again.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see an invoice
The invoice may belong to a different Apexhost account, or your user may not have billing permissions. Confirm you are logged in with the correct account and have access to billing information.
My invoice still shows as unpaid after payment
Payment processing may not have completed yet, or the payment may not have been applied correctly. Check your payment confirmation and refresh the invoice page after a short time.
I cannot print or download an invoice
Try using a different browser or check whether pop-ups or downloads are being blocked. You can also use your browser's print function if a dedicated print option is unavailable.
