How to Manage Your Apexhost Services
Introduction
The My Products & Services page in the Apexhost Client Area allows you to view and manage the hosting services, domains and other products linked to your account. This is the main place to access service details, check the status of your products and open your hosting control panel.
Use this guide when you need to manage an existing Apexhost service or log in to your cPanel or SolidCP hosting control panel.
Before You Begin
Before managing your Apexhost services, make sure you have:
* Access to the Apexhost Client Area.
* The email address and password for your Apexhost account.
* An active hosting service or product linked to your account.
* Any required account permissions if you are accessing services on behalf of another user or organisation.
How to Manage Your Apexhost Services
1. Log in to the Apexhost Client Area.
2. Open the My Products & Services page.
3. Review the list of hosting services and products associated with your account.
4. Select the service you want to manage.
5. Use the available service options to review details, access management tools or open the relevant hosting control panel.
How to Log In to cPanel or SolidCP
If you have a Linux hosting service, you can usually access your hosting control panel through cPanel. If you have a Windows hosting service, you can usually access your hosting control panel through SolidCP.
1. Log in to the Apexhost Client Area.
2. Go to My Products & Services.
3. Select your Linux hosting service or Windows hosting service.
4. Scroll down on the service details page.
5. Select Login to Control Panel (One-Click Login).
6. If the control panel does not open the first time, wait a few moments and try selecting Login to Control Panel (One-Click Login) again.

Additional Information
The available options may differ depending on the type of service you select. For example, Linux hosting and Windows hosting use different control panels, and some products may have different management options.

Troubleshooting
The control panel does not open
If the one-click login does not open the control panel, try selecting Login to Control Panel (One-Click Login) a second time. You should also check that your browser has not blocked a pop-up or new tab.
The service is not listed
If you cannot see the service you want to manage, confirm that you are logged in with the correct Apexhost account. If the service belongs to another user or organisation, you may need to be added as an authorised contact.
You cannot access the Client Area
If you cannot log in to the Apexhost Client Area, reset your password or confirm that you are using the correct account email address.
