To change account holders, please update as follows:
STANDARD CHANGE OF DETAILS
If you need to change the main contact, or add additional contacts to your account,
1. Login to the Client Area on www.apehost.com.au
2. Hover cursor over My Account (Top RHS) and click Edit Details
3. Select Contacts
4. Ensure Add New Contact is selected and fill out form details
5. Select Save Changes.
NEW OWNERSHIP DETAILS
If you have sold your business, and need to change your contact details,
1. Send billing@apexhost.com.au an email (from the current account holder's email), advising 'change of owner'.
2. Please include the new owners details as follows:
Name, Surname, New owner email, Address & Phone No. and ABN OR ACN.
NOTE: If your domain name was not purchased through us, please contact your domain name provider to do a 'Change of Registrant'.
