Like us to delegate your domain name for you?

We can delegate your domain name to our server, free of charge, should you find this task too overwhelming.

Simply indicate your preference in the area provided on our online order form, and provide us with the necessary information, so that we can complete the transfer on your behalf.

We will require an email to support staff with the following information to delegate on your behalf:

1. The URL of the website where you purchased your domain name.
2. The username for the domain admin area
3. The Password for the domain admin area

If you have lost your password for the domain name, do not fear, we can normally assist in having it re-sent to you.
